Pair of Hollywood Regency wall sconces after French artist Gilbert Poillerat (1902 - 1988). Poillerat was a master craftsman of French art and of the technique of chasing metal. His work, inspired by the art of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries is a high point of French elegance. Can be used as is with candles, or wired for candelabra bulbs (wiring not included).
