After WWII, Italy desired redemption, giving rise to design architects and the companies which produced furniture the idea to create products which inspire hope and good humor. This armchair, in the manner of Begiojoso, embodies those qualities. As well as being beautiful, comfortable and evergreen, its design was so successful that it graced the cover of Domus magazine in November, 1960. Shell of molded polyurethane foam lays on a frame in lacquered metal and wood. Seat constructed of multilayered shaped polyurethane of differing densities. Choice of fabric. Dimensions: 35.5" W x 35.5" D x 39.5" H
